THE RE-EDUCATION OF LAURYN HILL

It's been 10 years since Lauryn Hill went solo and won over the world (not to mention the Grammy voters).  Her acoustic MTV Unplugged CD notwithstanding, she's become a seldom seen sasquatch like creature who only comes out for the occasional Pope bashing or unfruitful Fugees reuinion.  What can be agreed on, whether you think she's crazy or genius, is that she's amazingly talented and sorely missed in this Rihanna-fied world.

In celebration of
H.O. Hip-Hop Week, we are offering up this slice of soul forgotten (who's Amy Winehouse fooling, this is the real deal), The Re-Education Of Lauryn Hill, a bootleg collection of unreleased material that holds up against her official releases.  Truth is, we wish she was rapping more than singing on the CD but beggars can't be choosers.  Enjoy.
