Hip-Hop Hottness :: New CAMP LO

90'S MAINSTAYS CAMP LO DROP NEW TRACK

To a lot of people, Camp Lo disappeared after the success of their seminal hit "Luchini", a track that established their unique blend of 70's nostalgia imagery and cryptic lines about fashion and pop culture of years past.  Despite having left the mainstream due to business issues with former label Profile Records (the same label that failed to propel the careers of other promising artists including Special Ed and Poor Righteous Teachers) they have retained a die hard, almost ravenous, fan base.  Since the release of their debut album, Uptown Saturday Night, they have dropped an EP, one full length album (the CD Let's Do It Again is superior to the Uptown in my opinion), a couple official mix -tapes, and numerous bootleg cuts that have quickly found homes on Hip-Hop mix shows world wide.

Check out the Bossa Nova flavored new track "Black Connection 3" (produced by long time collaborator Ski Beatz) that is circulating around the internet.  PLUS, we're letting you get a hold of a Q-Tip remix from earlier this year and their 2008 "Ticket For 2" from Ski's unreleased solo album.
