LA based HARD has become the kings of live Electro & Dubstep festivals over the past couple of years.  Now doing regular one offs and weekend long fests on both coasts of the USA as well as an annual tour, they have brought us the big European headliners we don't often see stateside as well as introducing us to the new breed we should keep our eyes (and ears) on.
