It seems that with the success of Major Lazer and his recent Black Berry phone commercial, Diplo has officially arrived.  Likewise, Kelly Rowland has officially found her own voice and identity with her recent international success as a Dance artists.  Who knows, now that she's popular on her own, Beyonce may want to team up for a Destiny's Child reunion.  After dropping several singles in 2010, including the well received "Commander", Kelly is back with "Motivation" featuring Lil Wayne (produced by Rico Love and Jim Jonsin).  Diplo has been tapped to do the official remix which you can download here.
