AMSTERDAM'S YOUNGESTIN CHARGE GET FOOLISH IN MIAMI

With a near victory at the FIFA World Cup tournament, the Netherlands came very close to being top of the heap in futbol. If the Dutch people want to feel like world champs at something they need look no further than any nightclub from Amsterdam to New York City. The Dutch House Music scene has been dominating ever since the summer of 2009 when the likes of DJ Chuckie and Afrojack transformed the soundscape of what was being played, by not just die hard House DJ's, but the Hipster set and crossover Top 40 mixers as well. 2 young kids from that part of the world are now vying for the crown. You might think that's foolish, but that's a OK with them. The Mightyfools have been blessing blogs and beatport alike with funky baseline inspired tracks that should earn them major credibility by years end. Singles like "Hoo Haa" showcase their character filled style and simultaneously keep heads banging while songs like their remix of the smash hit "Fireflies" by Owl City have thrust their name into pop consciousness.

Hipster Overkill's MC Shawn Lucas pulled them to the side for a quick interview after a high energy, crowd pleasing set at Downtown Miami's popular White Room. Check it out...
